How many more will die until you fix this [DEVS]

Post » Sun Feb 14, 2016 10:59 am

Just lost three people to mole rats, even though I had the stimpacks to save them. They scattered and stacked and scattered and stacked again. So, I lost three as a result of this. Deathclaws I can kinda understand, but definitely NOT mole rats! This is ridiculous!

if your vault's resource generation rate is fine, consider keeping rooms at lvl1 instead of upgrading. Lvl1 rooms molerats are ALOT easier then lvl3 rooms molerats.

If you have enough money, consider redesigning to the "no-molerat" vault design that someone posted. It really works.

What I'd like to have is the ability to monitor and react during incident using the "Room Summary" at the lower left. It seems like this would be a reasonable solution to the micromanaging problem.

I dont mind incidents; I actually like them since they make the game interesting, but I agree that we need a better way to monitor our dwellers heath.

"How many more will die" is a bit dramatic...

Is it awful? Absolutely.

The room roster should simply be expanded to have two buttons next to each entry. One for stimpack and one for rad away.

Boom solved.

I myself am building my vault in a checker board pattern so no rooms on any floors touch each other. I am also spacing out the living quarters and upgrading those to level 3. When an incident happens. I just drag my mr handy and my dwellers up to the living quarters and let teh incident run its course in an empty room. That way no one ever dies, excapt to raiders and deathclaws. I do not have enough pop to get DC's yet. But I am hoping the same tactic will work with them as well should i need it. Move them from one room to the living quarters then back.

Meh, i honestly believe that dwellers being hard to tap on is intended. It's the downside of having 3 square sized rooms. They are indeed more efficient, but more chaotic to manage when incidents hit.

Dwellers dieing now and then is intended guys. Reviving them isn't prohibitively expensive, you should just live with it. It's a part of the game i hope they don't change. Just my opinion, tho
