How many people have actually written letters of complaint t

There's loads of topics on how badly made this game is and how often companions dissapear and how often it freezes/crashes. But how many people have actually written to Bethesda/Obsisdian about these issues rather than posting on the forum and hoping they read it?
I for one have written a letter telling them everything i have found wrong and how quickly i am losing respect for their company.
I have never in almost 20 years of gaming done this or had the need to do this. The techinal quality and the following customer support is an absolute disgrace to the gaming world, and shows no respect to gamers as customers.
If enough people will write (and also rewrite when they are fobbed off with some lame two line reply, telling you to try something you told them you already tried!) then maybe, just maybe they'll start listening.
Being able to release patches seems to me like an excuse to release something that isn't ready to be released? If this happened in any other industry they would not get away with it. There would be mass recalls of the product. Apologies, refunds and replacements.
Would you go to the movie theatre sit through half a movie only for it to freeze on the screen, and then have to wait a month or two for the rest of the movie to be ready?! No you wouldn't. So why do we as gamers pay, and in some cases line up at midnight, to bend over to take it up the ass by these companies.
So please people spend a quarter of the time you spend on this forum writing real complaints to the companies actual email.

The only time I ever wrote to Bethesda was to give them some ideas for TESV, most of which they had already planned on implementing anyway (but I just tell people they took the ideas from me ;)). New Vegas, I've never had any problems with bug-wise.
