Usually why people love the NCR is

"America! [censored] YEAH!" Attitude.

If there was a "test" people could take for what side they would likely throw there gun/fist for it would end up being for House or Independence Vegas.

I just really hate how Bethesda basically "Vilified" the Legion before they started playing the game..
