And yeah, it might seem low, but it's hard to find that many soul gems rapidly (as opposed to the relative ease of collecting Iron+Leather for Smithing). My advice is to search high and low for a Banish weapon to disenchant, because you will be losing money enchanting with anything better than Lesser Soul Gems otherwise.

I find recharging enchantments on weapon levels you quite fast. You can of course do both at the same time.
