How many times will you hear <cue death music>

Well, A LOT!

I'm probably going to average twice an hour, so 800 deaths wouldn't be unrealistic. Although I'm also shooting for 0, lol. I'm usually careful in surveying the situation, but I'm never shy to give it a try even if it feels like certain death. At least it was a good fight =)

I probably won't play on max difficulty if it still just means bullet sponge max. If it actually does something to increase the difficulty, then I will. Otherwise I'll mod it harder.

That was new Vegas right? Sneak skill was bugged, the game didn't recognize any skill level over 50

Probably less than 20.

Don't look at me like that, Skyrim and Fallout 3's difficulty made it hard to even suicide.

That, and Skyrim's sneak tree was just ridicolous above level 50.

I remember one time I was doing my sneaky thing on an overpass, kicking the [censored] out of some Raiders, and oops, stealthed right through the overpass and fell to my doom. Wa wa wa waaaa

If I'm playing a long range stealth character not a lot of deaths. If I'm playing my jack-of-all-trades character than quite a lot of deaths. At least 50 or so... Mostly from traps, etc. On my current NV playtrough my only deaths are against Deathclaws. Getting the Enclave PA was really a pain.

Quite a few I imagine.

I'm pretty good at hitting my enemy but not so good at avoiding being hit myself.

After installing increased spawns mods (along the lines of ASIS, Occupy Skyrim, Warzones), Deadly Combat, etc., with Skyrim on highest difficulty setting I die and reload dozens of times with nearly every combat encounter.

It's an epic feeling when I finally manage to defeat that army of necromancers, etc.

Hope I can enjoy a similar experience with FO4.

Just once- I believe in hyper-realistic "dead is dead" gameplay. If my character dies I'm going to quit the game, sell the disc, sell the console, drop out of college, and become a reclusive monk in the mountains of Tibet

Lol in FO3 I once set out all of my explosives in front of Tenpenny Tower except for one grenade, which I threw to set the rest of them off. The resultant explosion sent my body cartwheeling into the air higher than Tenpenny Tower's highest point, and I didn't even hit the ground before the last save automatically reloaded
