How mod friendly TES6 can be?

IDK if it's just me, but Skyrim Nexus doesn't seem very active compare to what Oblivion Nexus used to be.
I know there are other modding communities around, but they don't seem to be very thriving either.
After digging and messing around files, I got an impression that modding is somewhat harder in Skyrim.

I think it's an important issue; mod keeps player playing long time.
Once you get through major parts of the game, they occupy players until next DLC/Expansion comes out.
That's what was fun about NeverWinter Nights. You can make your own worlds and even host it online for others to come and play with. Even after I was done with single player part, I kept playing with other players out there in worlds they made for thousands of hours until expansions eventually came.

I just wanted to speak up about how much I appreciated with Beth games being modifiable. I know it's likely that future TES games would be also modifiable as much, but I wanted to let Bethesda know I wish TES6 to be even more mod friendly - that it'd be easy to mod, and people would be able to easily manage/install them.
I want to see modding communities thriving with fresh items everyday and even less skilled people would be encouraged to contribute and have fun.
