The Steam version of Morrowind does not include the construction set, sadly.

If I recall correctly there is a version of the CS that was legally downloadable for the Steam users, but I don't have the link. If I am remembering it correctly, you may want to check the Construction Set subforums and see if you can find it.

mods usually have this order: /packesd in one folder/*.esp and textures and meshes. this whole pack must be moved into morrowind/data files (meshes must be transfered into meshes and textures into textures - overwrite yes). then you can check the esp file in the dta files form under the mw launcher under data files. hope this help you.

You will find the Morrowind folder at this location: '...\Steam\SteamApps\common\morrowind'
The file structure from there is exactly the same as non-Steam installations.

You'll also want to redate Morrowind.bsa, Tribunal.bsa, and Bloodmoon.bsa to year 2002 if you intend to use any mods that replace stock meshes and textures.

If you use 3rd-party extenders to Morrowind (like MGE, or stand-alone MWSE), you'll also need to disable the Steam in-game Community while playing Morrowind in order for extenders to work properly.

See the FAQ for the http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1083697-morrowind-graphics-extender-mge/ about running with the Steam version of Morrowind for further details. ;)

SWEET! that was what i was looking for thanks so much!

EDIT: one more question... is it possible to move the morrowind stuff to a diffrent folder to make it easyer to get to, and not mess anything up, or no?
