You don't i wish they'd post this is a sticky....wait....nevermind they already did. The only mods consoles can have are the official DLCs.

Modding a console breaks the EULA and is therefore Illegal.

edit: Problem with a sticky is everybody just skips them. Hence why we constantly have topics for petitions, advertisments and spoilers in the wrong forums.
