How much did you enjoy FONV?

Lets just ignore the bugs for now.
How much did you enjoy FONV?
Vote only one option please.

My opinion is 80-100! This game is one of the biggest and has the most compelling storyline of any game ive played, it ranks 4th in the all time best games ever in my opinion.

I'll vote when I finish it ~right now I'm not past the NCR outpost. (Yes and I pre-ordered the collectors edition months before it shipped. :lol:)

You have clearly not have played many games that are GOOD. this deserves a 60-80. For many reasons.

A solid 85 would be my score. There are some lackings in the gameplay department inherited from the base over which it was built, but the improvements and writing patch it well up (though, not completely). Along with Risen, New Vegas is at the top chair of games of recent years for me.

I cant ignore the bugs. But thats not the biggest part about it. All it does is copy F3 and they dont even bother to get a new engine to run it one. All they did is put some duck tape on it and said "we can make it last this game also why not??". The companion AI is still [censored] up. The endings pretty much end all the same no matter what side you choose. All it was is a quick cash injection for Bethesda. They could have done way better. Harldy NO exploration. NO enemies. Not to mention Bugs got worse.It gets boring after the 2nd play through doesnt have much replability like F3 had. Some more reason but cant think of them right now.

That wasn't up to them. They didn't have a choice in the engine. And 2 years isn't enough to develop a new engine anyway.

Yah but how long was that engine used for F3 out?? Bethesda could have done a way better job(i know Obsidian made it.) But if bethesda would have gave them more people to work on the game it would have turned out alot better.

Considering this is a sequel, i would think that it would copy the prequels a bit dont you? Companions have never fudged up with me.
The endings are a bit blank i admit, but its more interactive then you get with any other game like this......*
There is exploration, it just gets repetitive and pointless after you take that perk.
Isn't there that mega deathclaw in that secret place? Still, theres no such thing as too little deathclaws i guess.

*There are no games like this, which is what makes it good.

60-80. In my opinion it lost twenty "points" because of the boring and repetitive first hour or so of the game. Everything after that is amazing.

Ok COD does not svck HOW MANY TIMES do i have to go over this. GTA 4 was not the greatest game ok. Sanandreas had alot better features than GTA4

As it stands now? Even with bugs a 90 (I seldom if ever encounter bugs)

I was going to give it a 100, but I remembered that the free range locations (Quest uninvolved locations) had little purpose save for space filler.

I hate saints Row looks like a rip off of GTA series. Also how in...the...HELL...did the COD series go down hill form there.

What the hell? FNV and F3 are completely different games. Please explain.. A same engine doesn't mean a same game. The engine from F3 is a perfectly fine engine, so why wouldn't they use it. If they would use it, we would've had to wait years for this game.

The companion AI has some minor flaws, but is definately better then most games.
Endings are all the same? What?! They all differ a lot! What is your definition of ''different endings'' anyway? Should the Courier be kidnapped by aliens and ride a horse in the Caesar's Legion ending and build a museum in the NCR ending?

The map was nearly as big as F3's map, and there are plenty of enemies.

Black Isle is defunct for a reason, and obsidian has yet to make follow up game of matching quality. The game was good, at it's core. Unfortunately I need to mod this game to get any enjoyment out of it. WTF low res weapon textures? [censored] lighting.

I felt like I was playing on my xbox, which is bad because it can't match my pc graphics. Thank god for mods.
