I have about 22 mods if you count the additional versions of the same mods. I recently found a mod that actually fixed the snow problem I had with Bloodmoon that lets you change the weather. It's called Weather Ring(Solsteim). If you are getting snow errors at all during any trips to the snowy parts of Solsteim, this mod a great and fast way to disable the snowy weather.
I also use Morrowind Patch Project, Morrowind Code Patch, Better Bodies, Better Clothes, More Better Clothes, CliffracerExtinction, Universal Companion Share, Morrowind Script Extender(this is just a utility that some mods require), Construction(if you do try this one out, don't try to buy any slaves from the jail. I have tried a few times and any attempt crashes the game), BB(Better Bodies) Clothiers of Vvardenfell, Antares' Big Mod, Improved No Glow, Books of Vvardenfell, Improved Bartering(requires Morrowind Script Extender), Clean Gnaar Mok Player Shack.
Morrowind Patch Project and Morrowind Code Patch are probably must haves just because they fix bugs and other errors and mistakes that Bethesda didn't fix.
Better Bodies is a must have if you want better player character and NPC bodies in the game. The Better Clothes mods just fix textures so they work better with Better Bodies.
CliffracerExtinction makes the cliff racers die on sight. Or maybe it doesn't. I'm pretty sure it does. I only forgot because I'm busy with Tribunal.
Construction has a ton of mesh and texture rendering problems that come in the form of the town having buildings that will actually have some of the stuff from the exterior going through the interiors. The already mentioned crash upon trying to buy a slave from the jail is present, as well. This crash only happens if you try to buy a slave from the jail. The jail is probably filled with some script recognition issues, so yeah. It is great if you want another town in the game and like your mods that add towns to be a three hour long questline. Joking aside, it is a great mod. You can be the mayor of the town that gets built, get a paycheck of the taxes, and there's a huge manor for your character in which the mayor stuff is done. Also, you get training dummies that are more or less NPCs(no need for a slave, then, you already got ones who have been forever made unable to walk.) and it basically is just a fun mod that makes you work for the town instead of it being plopped onto the map. The books added have tons of grammar errors, though...
Antares' Big Mod is more or less just a mod that lets you boss lower ranking guild members around, hire the services of certain classes, and it isn't really that big. It is great fun and who hasn't wanted to boss a guild member around in Morrowind?
Improved Bartering is basically just a mod that sort of tries to randomize the amount of money merchants have but never continues to do what it should. Strange, I know. It works better than another economy mod I used did, though. If you really are in serious need of this, guess you might like it.
Improved No Glow just makes enchanted stuff that is visible when worn not glow. Only of use if you hate the glowing on enchanted stuff.
Books of Vvardenfell adds more books to the game and that's about it. It is one of the few book adding mods that doesn't require Book Rotate, which means I approve.
BB Clothiers of Vvardenfell adds clothes and those clothes are found in the specific stores added by the mod. It also adds an awesome bar to Caldera. Warning: that bar may make FPS go down for a bit. It also adds some books.
Universal Companion Share makes Companion Share a part of all companions.
If any one of these seems up your alley, try the mod(s) out. And have fun.
