Hello, this might seem like a stupid question but I started playing this when it got released. I did pretty much the entire main quest plus a fair share of side quests but then I stopped (I'm a big fan of both Fallout and the Elder Scroll series and I usually play through pretty much everything, including nearly all side quests). This was pretty much at the very start when the game was released. Now it's been a while since then and I'm wondering how much new content I can expect if I'd replay the whole thing with all the exp packs.
