In Norway, I think first offense is... 500 NOK? Not entirely sure to be honest.

Never had a parking ticket so I have no idea. When I was a little kid we lived in San Francisco, but it was in the Sunset District and we had a garage (so no tickets for cars on the street at the wrong time).

never got one, but I think it's like $75 or something like that. I live on my college's campus and if you don't have a parking permit they hit you pretty hard.

At my college, it depends on offense.

All offenses except parking in a handicapped spot: 25 US$

Parking in a handicapped spot: 250 US$

Don't park in the handicapped spots, yo.

50 cents per half hour depending on where you say.

For a parking violation anywhere from 100 to 800 USD
