How much would you miss flickering lights?

Hi! Well, my gaming computer is being upgraded right now. By someone competent, not me. So I wonder... Bashed patch, I believe, will let me remove all flickering from lights. Better performance! Then again, my fps is fine most of the time. But still, better performance. Yet, look at how that torch on the wall emits a slow and immersive flicker on the treasure on that alcove. But wait, maybe performance will improve so much that I can add Quarl's Texture Pack so as not to overwork my GTX 670. No! The immersion of light, it will be lesser and you will be sorry AND your performance will nosedive. Shut up, we most likely can't have both, precious, only one. Hsss! Don't listen, flickering lights is overrated.

I play on xbox and I enjoy the graphics greatly so it honestly wouldn't make a difference.

You have a computer with a GTX670, and you are worried about performance? If you get anything under 30FPS not related to NPCs, then you have other issues.

Yes, with 80% of Fcom npc actors holding Maskar torches in Better Dungeons modded caves there would be some slowdown. For me it's in Sage Glen Hollow with those Defenders of Oblivion.
