In my country Bulgaria my monthly electricity bill is around 75 - 150 BGN. or 47 - 94 $ per months.

My electricity is included in my monthly rent (as are utilities and cable), as long as I don't go too crazy with how much I use. My rent is a little expensive ($950 per month), but considering the city I live in and how nice the neighborhood and apartment are, it's a pretty fair deal.
