How's the game holding up?

I haven't played it for a while, but after watching some trailers earlier today and then hearing about Crysis 3 being revealed soon, I got a bit nostalgic and want to play it again. Primarily for the campaign, but also for the multiplayer.

I happen to be Level 50 5th Reboot, but the last time I played was for like one game in January (and to my surprise, I got the Dedication achievement), and before that sometime way back in maybe October or before. I stopped playing because, well, there wasn't much to it anymore, and nothing was getting patched.

I'm just wondering if maybe anything's been patched (I know there was some random 4mb patch back a while ago), and if it's still doing well. I don't really know what I'm asking, but I don't really know what answer I want to hear.

From what I know nothing has been patched in a while and unfortunately every time I go on multiplayer there are only ever lobbies in TIA which is annoying because then that's the only game mode you can play so if you don't like it don't bother going online.
