So nothing has been posted yet on how to obtain the Road Goggles or really where they are. Are they cut content or unlockable at some crazy high level? They are an attractive item as they add a +1 INT and harken back to the Biker Goggles of FO3 & NV. They are that cool and apparently extremely rare.

Turns out, myself and another forum goer acolangelo connected in our determination to find them as well. He messaged me today advising he found them at the Charles View Ampitheater. He was level 50 at the time.

So I tried to find them at the same location but was not lucky at level 35. Not quite convinced it's level locked, I reverted to a not so older save at lvl 34(not a quick save) in the Glowing Sea and fast traveled to an area close to the Ampitheater and hoofed it over there. It took me about 4 attempts of reverting back to that save as each of the residents of the amphitheater changes their outfits each reload. I eventually found a resident who spawned with them. I removed them from him forcefully after a quick chat with their leader.
