Pretty simple question. I tend to change my picture alot, I just get tired of seeing the same picture after awhile


It seems like forever since I first joined with my Paladin Danse picture.

Every day...... But I always choose the same picture.

(never changed main reason being my only pictures are not fit for public ( ), or have a bit too much product placement.... Hell I had to crop out the smokes, and take Guinness off that glass cause ....well Its tacky )

I was thinking man I should get a few bottlecaps and take a pic of them tween my fingers in a salute..... But the forums are gonna change and I have had no luck with this piece of junk keeping up soo ehhh.

Once in a long while! I tend to keep it for months at a time until I see something that I like better.

Varies. I used one pic from when I joined in 2009 to just before the Fallout4 announcement. I've changed it 2 more times since.

I think once every half year? I can't remember what avatars I used back when I joined, or even two-three years ago.

I went years without changing it. Then I started using Kafuka avatars around 4 years back (doesn't seem that long ago) and would change them around once a month. Now I just have this one which I've been using for a while.

Haven't been here that long, so it may come. Altho I usually don't switch Avatar. I am lousy at remembering names myself, so Avatars are easier for me to remember, and I'd imagine others might have it the same way as I do

Well, your name is not that hard to remember, since it actually makes sense. But when it looks like gibberish or half a mile long, I tend to just gloss over the names, and will forget the name soon after

Never. I have had this avatar since I joined.. I wanted something to reflect my username, and this is what I found. If I end up using the new forums, this is going to be my avatar again.

Not very. Sometimes I'll experiment with new profile pics for a bit but go back to the one I've been using in the longer term: so other than a couple of interruptions, I've had this one for about 18 months now. It'll get changed if I eventually find something I prefer that represents me...

18 months? Has it been that long? I remember one where you had a sword or am I just imagining things?

I've had this pic since the very first time I decided I should have an Avatar pic. Love the Slayers anime, and Zelgadis is my favorite character, plus when I was younger and did unsavory things, my "alter ego" was named Zelgadis ^^

Yeah, I used that in 2013, apparently. Time passes more quickly as you get older.

Very little, and its only ever switching between a select few images of Bobby Darin. It just seems I've stuck with this one longer than usual.

In my early days, my avatars ranged from Pyramid Head to Daggerfall Molag Bal.

Almost never, and I usually go back to what I currently use. Im rarely as grumpy as it might convey

So far, I haven't. Once I've picked a picture for a forum, I stick with it, so my posts remain recognizable.

edit: at least I think I haven't. Not sure if I had a pic before this one on the Beth forums. But checking my files, I only made this avatar in 2011, two years after I joined here. Hmm.

OT: Same pic since I signed up. Matter of fact, I use this pic on all my web accounts. I feel it quickly identifies me to viewers. People may see the pic and think, "Oh. This is yet another AlBQuirky rant..."

When you have the avatar I do, you don't change it.

Well excuse me while I go have my middle aged crises by installing new mods to Oblivion and Skyrim.

I used a character I played in EverQuest 2 for a few years(redheaded fairy with green and black wings)... My dirge Nadirah.


But now, since ESO launch I've used my main there, Fjalar Winterborn. Because he's hawt.

I have been on the forum for many years now, and I have yet to set a profile picture. I guess I don't think there is a picture that defines me, as I am more than any one thing, so other than a picture of myself, I choose to not use a picture at all.
