As a Breton, it doesn't come up much. But I'm sure it will come in useful sometimes, if I remember to use it...

I actually used my power today. As a Woof Elf I can command animals ... there were two bears attacking me and I used the power on one of them. The second bear assisted my in battle killing the other and I ran away before he turned on me!

I am a breaton warrion. And the hardest thing is going against mages on master difficulty. Luckily the 50% spell absorbtion power does a great job in that cases, along with the 25% spell resistance racial bonus

Everyday. Histskin is too awesome for me to not use it, and its nesessary on master dif.
Also i was forgetting to use shouts etc - wasn't too crazy about them but that's until i got the 3rd word of unrelenting force.

I just hate once a day powers. It's too easy to forget them.

I have four characters: Breton, Bosmer, Redguard, Dunmer.

The Dunmer one is the only one I have ever used intentionally.

I trigger them all accidentally from time to time though.

Khajiit racial is pretty useless. I just use them for their stealth.

100% bonus damage and half damage received is so freakin useless.

it's not for every spot but when a dragon appears or that hard boss says hi you have a backup plan.

But really, I used the argonian skill one time at the very beginning of the game just to see what it was. Haven't touched it since.

I use my Argonian skills all the time my favorite has to be the underwater breathing ability I have found some very good iteams and extras from swimming way down into the deepest places I can find.

This! Because they have a once a day restriction I tend to forget they are there. Remove the long cooldown (with adjustments to make them not overpowered) and I'd love to use racial powers.

I know some days go by real fast (especially if you use fast travel), but such a long restriction kinda svcks.

Also, I never forget to use my shouts. The colored cooldown on the compass is a great visual help for reminding me I can shout again.

PS: My characters are Breton Mage (keep forgetting about it), Khajiit Dual-Wield Warrior (Night-Eye seems kinda pointless with all the lack of dark places), and Argonian Assassin (only level 3 or something on him

Out of my 44 hour game I'd say it's only the last 10 hrs, hell maybe only 5 hrs even, that I've remembered to use Shouts and Powers regularly.

I, as a Breton have Dragonskin, and it's made the difference in some battles. (The ones I had to do multiple times due to death.)

Remapping the Shout key to M3 helps!

Adrenaline Rush on my redguard is awesome! Constant power attacks using a 2-handed hammer is win

I love my character's racial. As a RedGuard, Adrenaline Rush has improved vastly in usability from the last game.

With it, you can either charge or sprint away indefinitely, spam any power-attack like no other, and neglect other stamina boosters altogether.

Redguard is perfect for dual-wielding fighter characters, and I'm glad I chose him.

Although, I do find it a bit racist that the black character has the ability to sprint forever, lol.

Well... not really. That's kind of like saying it's racist that the black character race has dark skin.
I can't say if it's genetic, cultural or environmental, but it's a simple fact that Kenyans and people from certain other African regions participate in and win marathons all the time.

I play a pure mage High Elf and to be honest, I LOVE the racial we have. It's extremely handy and I can tell you it's saved my bacon way too many times to count. So much so that if I have certain fights where I have trouble getting through, I wait 24 hours or so just so I have it available again.
