24. I was just about to begin an extended stretch of no gaming that didn't end until I bought Oblivion around 07-08.


EDIT: actually, scratch the Oblivion part it was Company of Heros that brought me back to gaming. Oblivion reminded me of why I loved them in the first place.

I didn't exist for another 3 years :x (am 16 now)
Then I didn't discover TES for another 10 years.

24. And I didn't discover TES until Morrowind, loaned to me by a friend a bit after Oblivion's release.


Hmm, based on a list of games that came out that year, I was likely playing Marathon (Bungie's second FPS), among other games.




....wow, that was a big year in videogames. Super Metroid, Final Fantasy 6, System Shock, Doom 2, Warcraft 1, Descent....

I was 9. My family didn't own a computer until 1998 so I was still rocking the NES and SNES at that time.
