I been told that i have to pay or go to jail, but nothing happens, i walk free, and when i talk to guards, no problem, but sometimes a guard said, i must go to jail or pay, How do i do that? ,find no place where and what to pay?

You pay the guard himself when he prompts you after you commit a crime.

You will get 3 options:

Go To Jail
Pay The Fine
Resist Arrest

By choosing Pay The Fine, money is automatically taken from your inventory and your debts are cleared. If however you're in combat with a guard and you want to stop him to pay or go to jail instead, Hold Block and Press the Interact Button at the same time while facing the guard to open that option list. OK, then i have paid the guards,

but when i traid Join The Fighters Guild, one of them said, they dont wont me, because i have problem whit the guards,

i dont understand, the guards do nothing, and The thives Guils, said i kan paid Armand half gold, burt i cant paid, but i have lot of gold?

How big is your bounty? and how much infamy do you have?

How do i see that?

It depends on your bounty and Infamy.

If your infamy is lower than your fame, Fighters Guild won't let you join.

And there's no need to pay Armand if your bounty is 0.

You can check in the stats. page in your journal.
