Simply find a location where you want your building, then go to static and find the building you want then just drag it into the render window and place it where you like.

What building are you looking for? Click static and then click architecture that might help you find it easier.

The shell to that building is "NVMOCHPAdminBuilding02" place that and then place the door and link it to your interior cell.

Its probably best to duplicate the barracks interior cell and then just add/remove what you want and don't want.

The interior cell is MojaveOutpostBarracks01 << you can edit that or you can duplicate that cell and create your own by editing the already existing one(best if you want to create a new barracks completely)

Its the same as the building, just go to door and look for "OffDoorMetalDoorDoubleStatic" place that in the render window line it up with the door on the building. Once you have done that double click the door and check the "Teleport" box... then find your interior cell in the list and press okay.

If you click view linked door once you have done that it will take you to your interior cell.

The door has to be placed in the render window before you can link it. Place it then double click it and you will see the "Teleport"

yeah i have placed it an lined it up in position i double click just the normal object editing window

let me be clear

i have placed a copy of the building i wish in the exterior cell, still in the exterior cell i placed the doors, i double click the doors i get the standard object editing window, however if i double click the doors from within the interior cell i get the teleport option, but i can't make the doors in the exterior cell the reference? they are both persistent reference

Okay, make sure you have NOT placed static doors... you want to place the doors from the "Door" tab.

When you link the doors, yellow markers will appear by each door. Place these where the player should appear.

Don't forget additional markers for the companions, unless you like them appearing right on top of you every time you zone in/out.

(Some doors, they remembered this, some they didn't. If there's no marker there for the companion, the companion stands on your toes at the same spawn point and you have to constantly shove them out of the way.)

Sadly, it's late, and I can't remember a spot where it's done right and proper.
