windowed mode?

i usually like to have games sit in middle of my screen so i can quickly go to other tabs with out a pause of waiting for computer to unblackscreen a game when its full screen

Morrowind usually doesn't perform as well in windowed mode, but you can select it in the options of the main Launcher.

yay no idea if im gonan be able to focus enough to read all that .-.

how do i enable the console commands so i can edit my stats i really just in the mood to mess around for now

Just focus on the essential and later on you can read when you want to know more about something specific.

i thought i had to en able something in the game files 1st because when new they is disabled because developer tools ?
