I want that safe house key for the lucky shades. I think I need "Friendly" to get the key. Benny is already at the camp and besides the Mr. House quest there seems little to do to raise my standing with the Legion. A lot of quests seem to be inaccessible now that Caesar wants me to do the Platinum Chip Quest.

I was able to do so far: Repair the howitzer, Help the woman in the Vault 21 gift shop, destroy the mono rail at camp McCarran. Are there other ways to raise my reputation with the legion at this point? My reputation with the NCR has already suffered and I don't want it to go down any further, since I don't plan to stick with the legion, after I got the lucky shades.

Yeah, its pretty easy. Go to camp maccaran/hoover dam and pickpocket (save before and after) about 30 ncr dogtags.

give to the centurion in that town whrer you take the boat to the fort.

destroy the bunker or upgrade house securitrons, talk to caesar and then talk to lucius. Done.

How can I get ncr tags without killing ncr and hence lowering my ncr reputation? Do the dog tags from the ghouls in camp searchlight count?
