How to refuel the car

Seems like a noobish question I know but i've never bothered with the car before now

I've got the 'fuel' for it but don't know how to fill up it up any help would be appreciated :)

Right click over the car, select the backpack, select microfusion cells or small energy cells from the inventory window. Drive safely.

Use Microfusion Cells or Small Energy Cells on it (or for an amusing glitch, your companions).

so talon companty delivers pizza now i dont belive it i think your going to pull a10 mm smg out of the pizza box and shoot me while im counting my caps

My herb garden, a nearby brahmin farm, the wheatfield out back, and the windmill draws up water from an aquifer. I assure you there is nothing at all obscene about my pizzas, they are as close to old world Italian food as can be obtained in the wasteland, and as such, are extremely popular.

that's the part from Klamath right?

if so then, yep, I've always had that part on nearly every playthrough, but never bothered to get the car.

I usually get both part before talking to smith and getting the car.

I think you get more fuel added when you use Microfusion Cells as opposed to Energy Cells, but I can't be certain of this.
