I recently picked up the Idiot Savant perk, but I really don't like the laughing noise when the perk is activated. It really feels like it takes away from my gaming experience.

I do know that there are console commands, and item ID codes, but I haven't found any perk ID codes for Fallout 4.

type, {help "idiot savant" 4} (unlike skyrim, don't forget the 4 after the thing you need codes for).

It will give you the ID codes. That goes for nearly any perk, item, npc, location, etc.
