How to: Repair hats : Fallout: New Vegas

I'm kind of confused here since I can't fix a hat that gives me +1 PER( A cowboy hat) It dosnt give me the option to fix it at Mohave or at Gibson.

Is there a way to fix them? I'd love to know if anyone got any info on it. :-)

Get similar hat and repair together.

Damn that sounds hard. It's the only one i've found <.< I was hoping NPC's could fix it.

It's a typical itemization issue... someone will need to mod things so that cowboy hat A is able to repair the slightly different cowboy hat B.

(Still looking for something to repair my Sheriff outfit with...)

You should come across some more in the game, also cowboy hats can be repaired with some other similar types of hat so you don't necessarily need a hat of the exact same name to repair it

There are quite a few cowboy hats for sale at Mick and Ralph's in Freeside. Cheap too

Well good to know atleast it isnt another bug, it's just really rare and hard to fix the damn things
