How do I repair limbs ?? I click on the damaged limb in the pipboy and nothing happens.

It is easier than in previous games. Just pop a stim and your limbs are fixed.

You see no effect until you exit and go back into the pip-boy. You can also sleep to heal limbs, or visit a doctor.
