Ban so he can create another account and continue hacking? There is no architecture in this game to support permabanning people who hack.

What if we were able to select people that we consider cheaters and add them to a personal (account oriented) ban list, then have the option in the filter menu not to show us the servers those players play in? Ok, I know that this might sound like a stupid Idea but it's better than nothing and gives us the right to select with whom we'd like to play or not, since you can't actually get rid of cheaters.
