How to reproduce a challenge base on stats in dialogue?

Topic title say it all, i'm trying to reproduce a stat based challenge in dialogue such as those you get when speaking with various npc (intell check). Anyone know?

Open up the dialogue quest, go to topics/conversation, click on one of your topics and check "Speech Challenge" at the middle of the screen.

Next, choose "Add" at new topic and choose "SpeechChallengeFailure" from the list and add the topics if the challenge fails.

Bah silly me, i just had to set the condition to target instead of self in the conditionnal...
