How to reset achievements? : V

Okay, I started a fresh Skyrim quest ... but the achievements in Steam are all set to what I played last?
Probably overlooking something cause I can't find how to reset this.
So where can I reset this?

I don't think you can reset Steam achievements. Or Xbox or PS3 achievements/trophies either for that matter.
