I am new to Oblivion and as such I enjoy the tutorial screens that pop up periodically giving the new player some advice. However, I recently installed a mod...and I am not sure but it may have been Illumination Within, not sure on that, but anyway, the mod added many "commands" for lack of a better word, and one of them turned off the pop up windows in the game, thus turned off the tutorial windows. How do I reset the tutorial windows so they pop up again? I guess I could deactivate my mods one at a time until the problem is fixed, but that can take forever, first to find the right mod and second, finding a place where the window pops up.

Any ideas on how to reset my pop up windows to active?

That's an optional feature of Darnified UI which disables the popup windows altogether. Go to oblivion\Data\Menus\generic and remove quest_added.xml to restore the original behaviour.
