How Do I see item details? : Fallout: New Vegas

Hey guys, I'm playing on PC.

I remember in FO3, that I used to be able to inspect an item to see more details.

At least, I think I did. DIdn't see anything in the manual....

Any ideas?

There's no way to look at details - if you mean the damage statistics, spread and such - without a mod. FWE had that nice little function.
