How should Bethesda use the 8gb of RAM ?

Hi,so PS4,and most certainly the new Microsoft console will have 8gb of RAM. That's 16 times more than what the past gen consoles have.
More RAM allows the developer to do more things, basically that means that more things can be loaded at a time. But what would be the most preferred thing to be loaded in this RAM,how do you think Bethesda could make the best use out of it for TES: VI ?
Feel free to write your opinion on the matter!
I also write a few of my ideas of how this additional RAM could be used:

1) Character/NPC overhaul.
The additional ram could be focused on overhauling npcs and the player's character. Basically, the old restriction that made Skyrim to loose an armor slot is away,so more armor slots could return. Except from that, now more character animations could also be created and loaded in the game,so basically there could be a bigger number of animations. All kind of animations, not only attacks and finishers. For example it could have as many animations as Far Cry 3 has,and even more than that.
You fall from high ? You watch your character getting on his feet with the use of his arms. You want to open a door ? You watch your character's arm turning the doorknob. With the more animations and clothes slots the way the player's character and npcs look and behave can be improved very much!

2) Seamless transition between environments/open cities.
Another thing they could do is to make it so more of the game's world loads the initial time you launch the game,so the number of loading screens is heavily reduced. So each city won't have to be in a separate world space in the game's engine, and you can get in every city and perhaps even inside houses without loading screens!

3) More static objects at the same time/longer draw distance.
Another thing that could be done,is to improve the number of things that are drawn each moment in the game. That would be like upping the Ugridstoload default value from 5 to 7 or 9. Perhaps with this amount of RAM we could even see the Throat of the World which is the highest peak of the world, from very far away, like Daggerfall.

These are just some ideas that came to my mind. Of course there are also other ways this amount of RAM that is 16 times more could be used. We don't know what they will come up with. Might be something of these 3,or a little bit of everything. What's YOUR preferred way of seeing this RAM used ? How are you imagining the next TES game with this additional amount of RAM in its disposal ?

p.s. Since the 8gb of RAM will be the standard, that means that the game's engine will be 64bits,which in turn means that the modding potential of this game will be much higher in the future,as the RAM limit for 64bit programs is like terrabytes of RAM.

It means they can make games almost as powerful as last year's PC games.
