Okay so I'm playing a 100% stormcloak soldier and when I get to whiterun to deliver ulfric axe,

I am forced to receive an Imperial Armor (You got to be kidding me.)
AND
He wont let me talk about the stormcloak quest until I took care of his dragon treat (aka do bleak falls barrow), like if I give a [censored] about his problem I'm a [censored] stormcloak messenger.

So I said alright there got to be a way to skip this quest using console.

I tried

setstage MQ103 8

MQ103 = Quest ID (Bleak Falls Barrow)
8 = Stage

And it's not working.

What is the freakin command to skip quest?
And no doing the quest is not an option, i'm stricly progressing through stormcloak storyline.
