So, coming from skyrim, I found a way to speed up the game and speed wait. After playing around with fnv for a while and getting it on several chance encounters, I have not figured out how to so it. You can't speed up the game as far as I know, only the waiting process.

To do the glitch, you wait, I do it for 24 hours but I don't think you need to. I also have auto save turned on for waiting. I think that might help this glitch work.

So once the wait process initiates, you need to time it so that the triangle is above a tick mark and is JUST about to tick down an hour. As it is going to tick down, press x and then your ps button VERY FAST. Almost at the same time, but x needs to come first. If you've done it correctly, your fnv wait will tick down at about twice the rate of normal. Don't exit your XMB until it's done, though, because that will end the speed up.

So I just tested it now and I could do the glitch without save on wait enabled.

So yeah, make sure u wait until the tick marker is just about to tick one down, and then press x and the ps button at just about the same time, x coming before the ps.

This glitch is also somewhat difficult to preform. I only get it on my first try about one in three times
