So I just recently got a hp pavilion and tried playing fnv and it was laggy and I posted a forum on my dxdiag and someone said I had no real graphics card at all.

So I'm completely oblivious to this whole situation and what I need to do to start playing b3 and fnv. So what kinda graphics card do I get for a hp pavilion and will allow me to play?
