How to stop BOSS from disabling nexus mods whenever run?

basically what title says. Everytime I run BOSS, the skryim launcher automatically disables any Nexus mod in my mod stack? Which requires me to manually reposition the mod in the deck based on what BOSS says it's supposed to be.

I'm at the mod limit with 250+ mods and so this is a royal pain. Especially since it's consistently disabling critical mods like USKP/UDP/UDG patches which are at the very top of the deck.

Is there a fix for this?

Why not simply refrain from using the launcher?

You can use B.U.M. found on the nexus iirc

you can flag stuff for boss to ignore or make special exceptions for mod position.

but u should use nmm or wyre bash
