well basickly, i saw 2 people holding hands in the distence, turned out to be 2 statues, anwyay, i walked over, there and got shoot on site by someone named sgt kilborn, anyway, killed him, and it said i failed a quest called cold cold hearts or something, how do i stop him from shooting me?:( i was wearing no faction armour or anything...

Your Reputation with that faction could be extremely low.

Are you sure you weren't wearing faction armour?

yeap, i was wearing level armour, and according to stats, have no repetation with them
