This ideal I got from the iOS app Billionaire. When you set time back to the original time you are stopped by time police,


(( Say aliens were attracted by the disturbance in the time space continuum , aka time travel ))


From there you can have it so your vault is


A.) Alliens attack vault - super overpower the aliens more than even the current deathclaws

B.) The time travel causes Mass radiation damage on all dwellers dropping them to a low health (3/4 radiated)

C.) Vault is locked for the amount of time you went back in time.

D.) Aliens Abduct all dwellers and your vault dies.

I don't see the point. If you're going to cheat you'll find a way to cheat. If you're not, you won't. If someone cheats it doesn't affect me at all. I don't feel that they should waste their time countering a known cheat in a game that is single player. Instead they should figure out what is going on with their latest patch and all the encounter problems.

The time travel cheat can be used to get unlimited lunch boxes , items that are supposed to be paid for to help fund future updates and hopefully later iOS games, or do you not want the real fallout in an app? They need a gateway to the App Store without risking profits from other games they run.

Yeah, it might not hurt us players now if someone decides to cheat lunch boxes, but it's definitely no good for the devs who lose out on the potential money due to an exploit. Some sort of defense should be implemented. That is, if Bethesda are at all bothered by it. If they don't have issue with it, then leave it alone.

The way I see it is there is little point to cheat right now until they fix the encounter rates and difficulties some of us are experiencing.

Those are reasons why some people cheat, though. You get better weapons/lots of resources and caps to keep yourself stocked. It's a lot faster than actually trying to play the game.

Very true, I tested the cheat when I heard about it,( I'm sure a lot of us have ) and it would be an effective method to counter the overpowered monsters , but it also adds to the risk of never seeing fallout on the iOS platform because they can't make the money they need to fund a future game. They really need to add a way to buy caps and a way to spend caps, this would also give them a source of income
