It's like my sneak skill. I don't try to sneak in houses to power level it. I level it as I play the game and do dungeons. It's at 93 or so now, all from sneaking enemies and doing sneak attacks.

@poster - if you want to lvl heavy armour use 2h swords, seems pretty obvious. dont be a doche a stand there and let enemies hit you..where the fun in that
