No, there is only one holotape in police station in basemant. If you want change God or Dog, just use your pip-boy and play audio log you found it. He will change God or Dog anytime.

What the ... the one tape you pick up in the basemant has two recordings on it?? I found the command tape ... but there is another. Like huh?? Another swing and a miss for DLC Dead Money!
