How to tag enemies on console

crysis 1 has no tagging, you can only make them appear on your radar by looking at them through the binoculars but no tagging

so for the achivment i have to simply look at 30 enemies thru binocs?

look at them through the binochs and wait for the "blip" sound once you have them highlighted
