I enjoy Multiplayer, but there are just a few things I do not like about it. Having to unlock the other gameplay types (Crash Site, Assault, etc.) is something I find odd. I can understand having to unlock weapons, attachments, modules, and stuff like that. But...gameplay types? Having to play Instant Action (Deathmatch) and Team Instant Action (Team Deathmatch) constantly to rank up and unlock the other gameplay types may be "tiresome" to some players. Plus, there may be some players who aren't into Instant Action and/or Team Instant Action. Also, why is there not a Custom Match mode? Private Match only allows you to set up matches with friends or anyone who you invite, correct? Finally, does anyone know if there is an option or mode that disables the Nanosuit modules and/or Custom Classes during matches (Quick Match)? If not, then I think it would be a nice feature. This would make matches more balanced and all players would be equal (as far as suit powers and/or weapons).

You rank up so quickly at first that it should be less than on hour before you're able to play other modes.

Well the majority of you are liking the game so far. The only problems I'm hearing about is the lag and host but i'm really hoping that EA will fix these problems. This game sounds a lot fun so now I've decided to buy this game! Going to buy this game on Sunday so hopefully the problems are fixed by then before I get it.

I enjoy the game but I definitely feel that that all the automatic weapons kill way too fast in my opinion. Maximum armor barely does anything to deflecting bullets. Headshots are way too easy and random. I also believe that they changed the shooting mechanics from the beta concerning ADS & hitboxes without a shadow of doubt. In the beta, I could turn the tide in a shootout even if whomever got the first shot off but due to the what SEEMS to be nerfed armor, quick kill times and buffed weapons, can't pull the rabbit out of the hat for that trick as much anymore. From my experience, the game is more about I see you first so your dead now. I said it before and I'll say it again, the scales a bit too much on the Call of Duty end right now instead of needing to be a couple of nudges on the Halo end concerning damage/health. I believe they nailed the perfect feel between both ends of the spectrum in the 2nd demo but right now it's a bit on the,"Wow, that spray of random bullets just killed me now." side right now. My opinion might change the more I play, but I highly doubt it.

Now I haven't played Crysis 2 yet. Played the demo, and I'm currently waiting for feedback on a friend before I buy a copy.

I would rather have the game more to the BC2/CoD side. That's honestly what I'm on the fence about, I don't want C2 to be to Halo-esque. I haven't played Halo since Halo 2 because more RL type FPS started coming out. IMO when people start getting to much health/armor, the game is going to become to dependant on the loadout of your class. The loadout should assist your play style, but the player's skill should ultimately decide who gets the kill.

That's the thing, I don't think they need a lot of health & armor also. I don't want a complete Halo-eqse Crysis either. They need more emphasis on the armor/sheild aspect because as of right now, it really just feels like Call of Duty : New York Crysis with fancy suits edition. I believe that Crytek nailed it in the 2nd demo. The 2nd demo was perfect because each weapon could dominate with precision aiming and correct management of your energy reserves. I was wondering what was your take on the demo?

This game is a mixed bag at the moment. the online is horrendous. Connections are buggy and games at problematic due to horrible connections between players and game. This is not a must buy if you want online.

Single player is amazing on the other hand. If you must buy the game just be prepared to have a difficult time in multi player until a patch. Trust me this is sad but very common for games published by EA that are multi player.

I love you crytek, i hope you figure out a way to make online smooth

MP es more better than any game with MP now.
I′ve been playing for a while and it′s has some lag, but nothing Crytek cannot fix in the next days.

I agree, armor mode seems pretty worthless now.. the kill times are so short compared to the demo before. I'm kind of disappointed.

This game is BEAST! This is one of the best FPS's I have played in a very, very long time. I personally havn't experienced any of the problems that anyone else has, like lag, or matches not initiating, etc. I am on Xbox and everything is stellar thus far. I traded Homefront in for it and it has to be the best decision I have made in weeks. GO GET IT.

If you can't get into a server than don't dis on the game. In any case this game is awesome. If you like halo and cod than you'll love this game. Plus don't ask what people think find out for your self. That's the only way you'll see if you will like it or not. (but it is amazing)

I finally bought Crysis 2 yesterday and I got to say that the game is really good. The campaign is sooooo awesome. I really love the graphics! Way better than black ops and reach. Don't know why people are complaining that the graphics svcks. Anyway I still haven't played the multiplayer but I'm sure it'll be good.

well, Rent it/borrow it and make that call for yourself.

Its not much use asking for advice on the crysis forums becuse theres alot of Pro-Crysis 2 fans and Anti-Crysis 2 Fans and rarely anyone neutral about it haha.
