How is the stimpak/crippled limbs system implemented?

Hey!

I've been looking around the GECK for this, but I haven't been able to find anything. Basically, the Stimpaks don't have an attached script, there's only one "Actor Effect" for the Crippled Head and several "Base Effects" for Damaged and Restore respectively.

Now, I can't figure out where exactly is the "thingie" that tells the game to consume a stimpak when the player clicks on a body part in the PipBoy.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated!
