Is it even possible? Im at 6 charisma, and 7 intelligence, and I cant make it happen, at all, even if I take chems that boost my attributes, I cant do it. There are 3 persuasion dialogues needed to past to do it. I managed to do the 1st, 2nd, and fail at 3rd, but as I see its random, I sometimes fail at the 1st. Cant quick load forever.

I managed to convince him with my char of 9 Charisma no perks. so i think you need somewhere at 9 to 10

Put a gun to his head and make him an ''offer'' he can't refuse

When I did it I was boosted to 10 CHR and the third check was still red. If you pass the first two checks you can leave dialog and save them to back to try to convince him .

I have tier 3 black widow, all men are useless against my lady bits lol.

i have 11 charisma and black widow 3... i never fail a dialogue check.. ever (the level 11 charisma is from 10 starting charisma + charisma bobblehead)

I have at least 8 Charisma, maybe 9. Still showed up as red but I passed it on the first try. No idea what the odds are.

I equipped some CHR boosting items before attempting the persuations.

that option will always be red. the color is indicating Charisma check level. Yellow = Easy, Orange = Medium, Red = Hard. for hard speech check you need high Charisma to do it

Ahh I see now, I was under the impression it was related to you as in it would change based on your CHR lvl. Thanks for the clarification.

It should be noted that Red checks are not impossible.

I had a Charisma of 12 but it was still Red.

And I passed it.
