how to throw a grenade through VATS ?

Haven't tried it myself, but maybe you trigger VATS and then hit the Throw-Grenade button? Come to think of it, I don't remember if I ever got a trajectory arc or any way to tell where I was going to be throwing my grenades (only ever threw them by accident when remapping keys).

l-alt dosnt work in VATS.

trajectory arc is in lvl 2 explosiv perk / perc lvl5

You need to be lvl 35 with per 5. 4 star demolition expert.
