How do I transfer Crysis 2 from one PC to another PC? : Crysis

I started playing Crysis 2 on my winXP 32 bit system a long time ago. I never did finish it.

Now I now want to finish the game on my new win7 computer.

How do I transfer the saved games, bonuses, trophies, dogtags, etc., as well as the bonus dlc, to the new computer?

You should have made a backup of your profile! Your MP data will be preserved as it is saves on a cloud, but the SP however won't!
The DLC is tied to the account, if I'm not mistaken?
