I have some perk points and I'm debating whether or not to get the Steady hand 2/2 or even the 1/2 perk.

I know about the bug where you load a save game whilst zooming and this causes the loaded game to go into slow mo but are there any other bugs with the 2/2 or 1/2 steady hand perks and if so how are these triggered? If there is indeed a bug that can occur now and again in general play then I'll likely avoid the perk/s but if not I may go with them.

Any advice?

Don't save while aiming.

If you are undead (vampire) and have Necromage perk when you take the Steady Hand perk level 2, it will slow down time too much and you won't be able to shoot because your drawing speed also slows down (slow effect is 25% stronger if you are affected by necromage). Steady Hands rank 1 works fine with Necromage.

Thanks guys. I'm aware of both the saving glitch and the necromage glitch but are there any other glitches besides these?
