How do i trigger the UFO. I cleared out vault 75, but when i went to town, I never heared the crash landing. Also, I haven't deen the UFO in the location its supposed to be in. Any ideas? Should i go to a previouse save and re-clear out the vault?

After the vault I went back to Sanctuary and it triggered then. I heard a sound and Piper said "Does anyone else see that?" When I looked up over the bridge I saw it falling from the sky trailing smoke.

The UFO triggered after I cleared out the drive-in for Preston.

My mate had it trigger after he went on Hubris Comics roof.

I think it's random.

Came out of Hubris Comics and Cait remarked on something crashing from the sky that we should check out. I didn't see a [censored] thing so didn't know where to begin my search. I wrote it off.

I had it trigger walking away from sanctuary, did not see it just heard danse talking about how we should check out this crash.

i was exploring and hear the impact, after the BoS shows on during Act 2. LOL i think it was actually a missile shoot and then i find out what it was.

Is it always in the same location? I heard it when I left Cambridge Police Station (or I think it was as I didn't hear the crash bit. But it didn't sound like a car exploding or anything). If the site is always the same, I'll just check it out to be sure.

Who knows - I'm level 50, I have like 60 hours in the game and I haven't seen it yet.

Where IS the crash? I saw it when I fast travelled back to the Red Rocket station outside Sanctuary, and saw it overhead, trailing smoke, and ran after it. I saw it go down in front of me, over the horizon, and heard the crash, but I CANNOT find the thing. I walked over nearly half the map in a straight line in the area where I saw it go down and haven't found it.

The crash location is supposed to be random, but I know at least 3 people who've found it in the same spot.

When you do find it, I suggest exploring the area.

It's across the river, South of the Gwinnett Brewery

just go to the area where it usually always spawns...I never saw it crash or heard it...but once I reached level 20 I just walked over to the area and it was there still flaming.

Thanks, because Danse commented on it while we were preparing to storm Trinity tower but the sightlines wre blocked by the buildings around. Though I suspected it was in that direction

well i never heard it crash, but i do think piper said soemthing about it. Maybe it was just a sound problem. I just didn't hear it. IDK ill check it out. Maybe ill reload the save and just go explore the area. Maybe it will trigger the crash.

Could it be problem with teh game files? I dont think so but ill verify integrity just to make sure...Seems okay according to steam.

I didn't even see/hear the ship crash down. I just knew I wanted the alien blaster, so I checked out the area after I found out the location and lo-and-behold the green guy was right where he was supposed to be. I do wish I saw the crash, as it would make the experience of finding him a lot more believable.

Oh well, I'll keep my eyes peeled during my next playthrough.

I remember seeing the crash when I was inside Boston, around that park area with that swan monster. Heard a noise, Valentine mentioned that nobody survived that crash, and saw a flash of blue light extend above the buildings.

So I should just go to that cave again?

I don't remember seeing it go down, but I found it outside Oberland Station. Soooo, now what?

In My Game, hitting level 20 is what triggers the crash.

I didn't see the crash in my game either, but I found the crash site. I honestly couldn't say what triggered it.

Dont' know what causes it to trigger but it's random.

I haven't been to diamond city or met piper.

But while exploring the Med tek i encounter it.

Guys i found what i think is a downed ship yesterday, now this is the spoilers section so i am gonna write where i found it....

Its was over near salem in the water on a rock with the nose into the sea but i found no pilot alien no weapon nothing just a crashed ship on a rock in the sea!!

Am i looking at the wrong ship?
