How to troubleshoot F3 : Fallout 3

ok
first off hi guys !

second, can someone direct Me to troubleshoot F3 ?
I recently bought F3:GOTY and it keeps freezing on Me

I have tried disabling all DLCs
I have tried every settings, from low to very best

oh yeah, and I've installed the latest Windows Game Live as well ( Or something like that )
